Baugh Southeast Cooperative, Inc. is a subsidiary of SYSCO Corporation, the largest marketer and distributor of foodservice products in North America. SYSCO was founded in 1969 and went public on March 3,1970, with the merger of nine founding companies located throughout the country. Since its formation, annual sales have grown from about $115 million to $30.3 billion for fiscal 2005. The Baugh Southeast Cooperative Redistribution Center (RDC) currently under construction in Alachua, Florida will be an exciting milestone in SYSCO's history as we redefine our supply chain process.

The RDC will service five SYSCO broadline operating companies in the southeast when operations begin. It is anticipated that as the operation grows, we will create more than 250 jobs at this site.
